Listing setup
The basic settings of the Airbnb listing page should be the most basic and well-expressed. While it's important to appeal to guests, it's also important to have a listing page that Airbnb is looking for.
Setting prices and availability
If you show the price unconditionally low, it will be connected to the quality of the guest accordingly. I'm setting it up so that more guests can see it by making sure the exposure is continuously good, not the guest's payment.
Booking request management
Accepting and rejecting requests on the calendar is entirely up to the host. However, we're here to help hosts understand what makes a good guest.
Guest messaging
Messages sent to guests can also be a little stressful for hosts, but we're here to help you use Airbnb's system to make sure your communication with guests is accurate and smooth.
Listing photography
The photos required by Airbnb are set. We know this so well, so we're taking pictures to make them detailed and attractive.
Interior design and styling
I think the difference in the room that the guest wants is in the details. It is up to the host to take the risk of having an expensive interior. After proposing a home style and setting the guest's target, we provide interior advice accordingly.
