Vacation rentals with beach access in Cobb County

This was our second stay this month at Mark & Fabi’s properties. They are wonderful hosts! This home is lovely. The layout is perfect for a family or a few couples. The home was spotless. Rooms are spacious with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen & bathroom are well-stocked with all the extras. Convenient location— an easy walk to Acworth shops & restaurants. Home is just a few miles from the interstate making it an easy drive to Atlanta attractions.

Well, where do we begin! The home is beautiful, Amy and Ron have not forgotten one thing when it comes to anticipating what guests may need! Amy was quick to respond to us! The home has all the amenities you would ever want in a vacation. We grew up a few miles from Acworth and would love to live in this home, it brings back many fond memories of our childhoods in this community!! My family and I really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. We were in the area for a baseball tournament at the Lakepoint Sports Complex. It only took about 10 minutes to get there. It was also nice to be close to the downtown Acworth area that had cute shops and food spots. We would be happy to stay again if we are in the area in the future!

Cute little town home, 2 min from Acworth! Very cozy and spacious! Neighbors were friendly and close enough to the lake and things to do! Would stay again!

We loved our stay! The apartment was exactly as described: lovely, comfortable and well-stocked with everything you need. The location is fantastic -- close to downtown Acworth and just a 5 minute walk to the beachfront park with a woodsy little trail that was perfect for morning and evening walks with our dog. Samantha was a great host. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding this past weekend and it was close to everything! Super close to all the venues we had to go to and also close to a bunch of restaurants, cafes, shops, and breweries! The place was so clean and honestly very cozy and cute! The beds were very comfortable too! Thank you so much for letting us stay here! Would recommend and also book again! ☺️

Great place local to all downtown and beach!

The home was a great experience & the perfect location to access so many downtown attractions & eateries. Jodie & Morgan provided amazing hospitality to me my entire stay & made sure I never worried about a thing! Thank you for allowing me to stay in your home!
