Excellent place to stay. The room was very clean, the location is perfect, and the restaurant on the first floor is delicious. I recommend this location and will definitely stay there again.

I stayed for a total of four nights. Pleasantly surprised about the size of the Accomodation. Everything was beautifully clean. In walking distance to shops, restaurants and Miami Beach South. Fantastic location. A bonus that towels are available to use On The Beach, plus I used the roof terrace a couple of times. A particular big thank you to David on reception. A very polite, friendly and helpful young man.

Our time here was perfect. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view, amazing beach and pool,… we felt safe and comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Restaurants, supermarket and mall is close to the hotel. Everything was amazing and we will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jens’s place! From the moment we arrived, Jens made us feel welcome and at home. The room was exactly as pictured - clean, spacious, with a fantastic view, and a laid-back Miami vibe! Everything was perfect for our family stay, from the thoughtful amenities in the room, pool in the complex, and direct access to the ocean to the valet parking, which made everything super convenient. The location was ideal, close to local spots and the beach. Jens was incredibly responsive and kind, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable! We will definitely be back! :)

We love the Fontainebleau and decided to try an Airbnb on the property for this trip—I’m so glad we did! The unit was fantastic—comfortable, spacious, and came with all of the incredible hotel amenities and some, just as we’d expect from the Fontainebleau. The complimentary spa passes were a delightful surprise; my partner enjoyed the Lapis Spa thoroughly while I attended convention sessions. The view overlooking the resort, pool, and ocean was absolutely stunning, and the balcony was even larger than we expected, providing a perfect spot to play. Attending a convention can be hectic for me, so I enjoyed staying in the Sorrento Tower which offered a peaceful retreat away from the chaos of the convention. As a couple, we had ample space to spread out and feel at home. Our hosts, Tal and her husband, were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We’ll definitely consider booking this unit again.

So happy we stayed at Jovany's pad! A perfect location downtown and highly walkable to various restaurants, museums, and parks. Tons of free or inexpensive public transit also just steps away. And being in the Yotel meant that we had easy access to all the amenities - having beers on the pool deck during a wild thunderstorm was a blast! The pad itself was very comfortable, each bedroom has a queen bed and generous closets. Tons of towels and bath products stocked if you need. Climate control was simple to adjust to our liking. Not only was Jovany always available for questions leading up to our stay, the Yotel staff was also wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 One tip for first timers: checkin includes a digital room key which you'll need to download from a link Jovany provides. I highly recommend downloading before you get to the hotel to move though checkin quickly.

Overall, a great stay in a great location. Just as marketed, amenities were amazing (we hit the pool many times, along with that pool bar). Lots to do in the area and the host was very friendly and responsive. Flexible check in times were perfect for us traveling from the northeast. We appreciate the stay and had a great time!

Sean Ocean Properties made everything feel effortless, right from the start. The host was super responsive and shared all the details I needed for an easy, hassle-free check-in. The home looked just like the photos—spotless, well cared for, and in a fantastic location. Honestly, the whole experience was better than I could’ve hoped for. I’m already looking forward to booking this place again!

I loved this place! It was so clean and nice. The hotel is beautiful and the employees are always really nice and helpful. The room inside is comfortable and it is equipped with everything we needed, even towels and beach chairs on the beach. I also loved the location, it was close to a lot of different stores and places to buy things but far away enough to be relaxed. I highly recommend this place

Everything was perfect with our apartment! David was very very helpful, quick to answer all the questions and was flexible so we could enter the property earlier (and leave later) which made a huuuuge difference! The apartment has everything you need, lots of towel, good hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, nice view, but still private and silent. Also, you are close to all good restaurants, cafe and shops in Miami. Also, if you need to take public transportation is also very close by

Photos did not describe the beautiful view of the ocean Leo Collins St., Bay Area place was phenomenal would recommended 110% definitely coming back to this spot again everything was good overall five star and again pictures cannot describe the views absolutely fantastic. All the accommodations inside were perfect KITCHEN. Shampoo, towel, towels everything you need.

Great host and wonderful condo with all amenities and an air fryer! Made heating up left over for the kids easy and quick. I was able to check in early and room was ready. Will stay here again!

Great stay. The toilet was a little wonky but we made it work. Balcony faces a loud roof, and like other reviews said you can definitely hear Palace downstairs, but that didn’t bother us at all. Tiny walk across the street to the beach and close to an amazing restaurant called Bacon Bitch.

I felt comfortable in my surroundings and safe. Was a little uneasy about the noise level for neighbors. I have three grandchildren who loved to be loud in the pool but it was very nice and the host was very responsive and available for my questions. The 10:00 check out was a little early but manageable

Luciana's place was great, very comfortable and great space in a quiet area with good restaurants, supermarkets and close to the most important mall, as well as 15 min from the airport which made it very easy for us to leave, definitely recommended, thanks for all the support and the great stay.

Very cute, coursey, and demure. I love a clean place that smells good, and I could smell the cleaning products when I first walked in. She even had supplies to help me keep it clean. Also, the appliances were up to date, and a flatscreen was ready to stream in each room. She runs her rentals like a hotel service 💕
