Alex place was great! Was just what we needed prior to our cruise. Was close to the port, and the pool and outside area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful just as photographed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

The place was amazing—super clean, in a great location, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time there. The only small suggestion would be to add a little coffee table in front of the couch. It would make it easier to place drinks and avoid the worry of spilling anything. We had a great short time staying as a family as we were only passing through Miami for 2 nights. So the accommodation was very good for this short period. You can reach the Design District in a few minutes and Miami Southbeach in 20 minutes by car. The communication with Jonathan was great! Always quickly accessible and good tips for exploring the area. Everything is great 👍

Helena’s place was very clean and felt like a little home. She was very friendly on any questions we had while we were there. The area was very peaceful and that helped a lot if you have kids with you.

we came for the F1 race. good spot located conveniently for the stadium and FL airport. place was exactly as advertised. little complicated to get registered, especially after 5p, but instructions were very clear and allowed us to be prepared. Pete communicates thoroughly and answers any questions. place had everything we needed and then some. even some supplies to take to beach if needed. highly recommend! will definitely come back when in town for Dolphins games.

Hillary is an excellent host and the apartment is very comfortable, organized and clean. I would only recommend being much clearer on entry to the site. It's probably easy for young people who drive technology to get in, suddenly seniors can't make it so easy. Example : Internal apartment access board.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
