This was such a beautiful, cozy, spacious and wonderfully welcoming place to stay. I loved meeting Teresa and Donald, they are such kind and generous hosts. The apartment had everything I needed to be comfortable and cook my own meals for a weeklong work trip on the island! The breakfast area always had treats available and windows with gorgeous views! Thank you so much for welcoming me to Klawock, I’m looking forward to coming back again.

This was our second trip to the island and staying at Michaels place! We love the view and privacy the house offers! Such a great location for hunting and exploring all the logging roads/trails. The house has all the comforts of home and makes for an amazing getaway!

Super cute & clean! This little house is in the perfect location. Warm & cozy, had everything we needed and the bed is really comfortable! Communication was awesome. We will definitely stay there next time we visit Wrangell!

Amazing place to stay, Salt chucks are very cool, just outside the city of klawock. Super responsive hosts and very flexible. Pay attention to the written instructions for the space and you’ll find the housing easy enough.

This was a perfect place for a large group to stay. It's very basic, clean, close to the store and gas, and had plenty of room for eight people. Pippin was also very responsive when I asked for an extra bed and when we had a questions about the heater. We would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed here before - and have always had a great time. Rose is very responsive and willing to help out with anything we needed - including extending our stay!!

Very gracious host who was responsive to text and helped out enormously by being flexible when our flight out was cancelled due to weather in Anchorage. The views are fabulous at the house and was very cozy to stay in for our family of 4. Highly recommended!

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. I came in for work and at the end of each day I was mentally drained and just needed to disconnect with the world to regroup myself. Being in a quiet place with beach and forest access right at my front door and no neighbors was exactly what I needed to remain grounded. Jan was always just a text away to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend this place to others.
