This beautiful basement suite is just minutes from downtown, beaches, and all other amenities. It is stocked full with supplies and has driveway parking! The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet. There's also a second bedroom and bathroom for additional guests. The kitchen has quartz countertops and the cupboards are loaded. The living room has a tv, books, and games. There is also in suite laundry! Outside there's a patio set, BBQ, and shed.

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.
