Magical place to disconnect from the city, it is beautiful, the super friendly staff, always attentive, they gave us help with trusted people to move to the village of Guatapé, super recommended, special for a romantic and pleasant time as a couple.

The host is very kind, he solved our inconveniences in the best way and with the best attitude. The only thing is that we expected a more private place, it's great if you are willing to share spaces with other guests or if you go with a group of friends.

I hire the service for my parents, and they really like it, I didn't have any problems, even my parents are diabetics and they helped me a special menu. The service and communication with the host was very good.
