Very good experience! Silvina was predisposed and proactive since before we stayed. The place is as described and ideal for a group of 4 people or 2 couples. It has everything you need for a good stay. We receive the apartment in perfect condition of organization and cleanliness. The ideal is to have a vehicle to move around the area or approach the center. We appreciate the possibility to do late-checkout so you can enjoy a little more of Carmelo.

A lovely apartment that feels cozy and homely. It was absolutely perfect for a couple and has all the listed amenities. The apartment is a lovely 15-20 minute walk from the old center and has a fruit & veg shop, butcher’s and bread shop just on the same block. Beautiful sunset views and quiet st night even though the apartment is by the road. Maria & Susana were great hosts - very warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Colonial!

The house is super equipped and very comfortable! Although we had bad weather and we could not fully enjoy being outside, it is highly recommended for families with children or single couples! I would definitely come back!

We went with my family and passed barbarian, the area is nice and quiet. It has a large supermarket nearby and in turn is a few blocks from the Uruguay River too. Everything is spotless, I recommend it!

José's house is very cozy and functional, perfect for a family stay. The landlords are very friendly people and order for whatever is needed. It is a few blocks from the Real de San Carlos the place is beautiful We had a great time and highly recommend it.

We had a very nice time, the house is super comfortable and very well distributed in its rooms, the mattresses are of very good quality, and it has everything you might need. It is immersed in an exceptional grove of trees that gives it privacy and tranquility simultaneously. It's a great place to rest. The Club House pool is large and impeccably maintained with umbrellas and sun loungers. The paddle and tennis courts are very close to the house. Highly recommended.

The house is really beautiful, just like the photo! It has all the comforts and so on! Some maintenance problem in the bathrooms and very hot in some room that had no air! The other thing is that the pool was not enabled and the beach was not very nice. It should be clarified that I had to ask before, but to keep in mind. The attention was spectacular and very friendly.

Very nice and comfortable house in the woods. Well equipped. In a private neighborhood with security, tennis courts, paddle and park with hammocks and slides for children. The house has a zip line that is ideal for the kids to entertain, a good stove and a very comfortable back deck.

Liliana is always attentive and willing for any request or need we had. The beautiful complex, 100% nature and disconnection. The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, it has everything you need to have a great time. I see the disadvantage that the sun does not directly give to it at any time of the day, which makes it fresh. That factor can be very good in the summer, but not so much in the other seasons of the year. It also has air conditioning in all environments, added to a beautiful wood-burning stove in the living room. Conclusion: It is a very good option to rest and get out of the routine . PD1: The refrigerator is very noisy, and since the kitchen has no door, it can be medium annoying PD2: When you rent these types of places, what you want is simplicity, have no complications. In my case, and I understand it must be that of most, I prefer to pay 5 more dollars per day and not have to be measuring the KWs I spend or the firewood I consume to pay at checkout.

Very good apartment, everything is very clean and tidy, the balcony and its view are excellent. It has all the amenities, in a very good point of the city. There were no inconveniences of any kind, everything as agreed. Totally recommended.
