Great place and in a a great location

Alexandra’s place was beautiful and she was so incredibly responsive, accommodating, and gave great local tips. I would recommend this apartment to anyone vacationing in Colonia. It is close to the historical center (25 min walk and 10 min drive) and right near the water. I made the best choice!

Ana was kind, polite and helpful, the house is well located, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Very good gas shower, warmed up quickly. All well organized and Ana left a bath towel, face towel and soap for us. I recommend your stay.

The trust with which Mauro receives us is nothing more than a sign of the warmth with which he has built his house, decorated the spaces and elegant care in the choice of bedding and the comfort of his furniture. His spaces and views invite to always return, adding to the beautiful Santa Ana with its beach so close to the house. Wonderful place, we left looking forward to coming back!!

We had a very nice time, the house is super comfortable and very well distributed in its rooms, the mattresses are of very good quality, and it has everything you might need. It is immersed in an exceptional grove of trees that gives it privacy and tranquility simultaneously. It's a great place to rest. The Club House pool is large and impeccably maintained with umbrellas and sun loungers. The paddle and tennis courts are very close to the house. Highly recommended.

Excellent location in the heart of the colonial neighborhood. Lucia received us punctual adapting to our delay in arrival. The house is just as you can see in the photos, very old of course but clean and in condition.

We had a lovely time, thanks in part to Carolina's hospitality. She was always on call, flexible and generous. The house is very sweet. Spotless and easy to keep clean too. Most key locations in Colonia are easily within walking distance.
