Tiny house vacation rentals in Colorado River

Very cute cabin, located close to all of Williams shops/restaurants and Bearizona. Was a quick one-hour drive to the Grand Canyon, so enjoyed the best of both locations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet little getaway.

Adorable and cozy cabin. Sauna was easy to use and we loved looking at the view out the window. Trail access in the national forest was right out the backyard.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Sedona area. It is only minutes from some wineries, and has easy, quick access to either Sedona or down to Cottonwood for groceries. It has a more private feel being separate from the other buildings and the property is beautiful. Very welcoming and we felt right at home!

Loved Tara’s place! Location is great and the view is amazing for sunset/sunrise views 🤩. Would definitely recommend for a get away stay!

I had never stayed in a place as unique and amazing as this house! We had an amazing stay Sarah had awesome recommendations and communicated very well. Not far from all the night life in Cave Creek and amazing breakfast spots a few miles down the road. 10/10 highly recommend staying here and will be booking again in the near future.

Phil greeted me by the entrance to welcome me. He wanted to make sure I got inside because the door is a little bit hard to open. The casita is beyond clean. I brought Lysol wipes because I am a nut about clean. I didn’t need to use any. The little extras they provide are ABSOLUTELY delightful!! Snacks, coffee, wine, water and chocolate!! What more could you ask for?? Thank you for sharing your casita!

Great hosts! Had an amazing time at the Cottage

Such a relaxing place to stay for a long weekend. Very quiet secluded location. Outdoor patio was a great place to enjoy meals and take in the natural surroundings. Liked that the location was on the West side of town. Made the drive down from Phoenix a lot shorter than expected, and you were off I-10 before you really hit any traffic from downtown Tucson. Hiking trails on property were were a plus. Very scenic mountainous desert location. Guest house was tucked away in private area within otherwise publicly accessable grounds. Caretakers were imediately reachable, but maintained a very private visitor experience despite being in close proximity to the guest house. Felt like we had the entire Sanctuary property to ourselves for our whole stay.

Great cozy dog friendly place that’s very close to everything we wanted to explore around Page. The hosts were great to communicate with and the place was beautifully designed and felt very private.

Overall this cabin was amazing! The cabin itself was roomy and comfortable. The fireplace heater worked wonders in warming up the entire cabin. It had everything that was needed! Highly recommend!

The little house is set in a beautiful, secluded location, perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. Stargazing was incredible thanks to the remote setting, just outside the city of Williams and far from any light pollution. You’ll need to drive a bit on unpaved roads to get there, but LeAnn’s directions are super clear and easy to follow. Plus, the road isn’t too rough, we made it just fine in a Mustang convertible! The kitchen is very well equipped, so it’s easy to cook meals if you want to. That said, Williams is only about a 10-minute drive away and has plenty of dining options. LeAnn even left some great local recommendations in the kitchen. We stayed for four days and found the location perfect, about 45 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park and an hour from Sedona. The house was spotless, and waking up to mountain views was absolutely amazing. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Cactus Cottage sorta exceeded my expectations ("clean&comfy, that's all I ask")! It is such a sweet space, super clean throughout, and stocked with just about every basic necessity. It's well insulated, the A/C works great, the shower was spacious, the water was hot, and the curtains offer serious privacy. I wish I could've arrived sooner or stayed longer to enjoy everything... prepare a light meal or watch a movie, but especially sipping hot coffee on the deck watching the sunrise.

Super cute place to stay. As close as you can get without being on campus to NAU. So if you’re visiting your kid great place to stay.

It was a very comfortable stay in this tiny home. The other guests were all nice and friendly when in passing and the backyard was a great place to sit and chill. I would book with Mel again for sure.

This place was adorable!!! I stayed in the spring so the backyard was blooming and absolutely gorgeous. I don’t usually rave about places but this is my exception. I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was so peaceful and private and I loved the vibe and atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Glenna's place while we were visiting the beautiful Page area. It's conveniently located, yet private -- especially the very private, fenced-in yard which was wonderful for our pooch! Glenna's instructions and communication were excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for what we needed definitely would stay again

I stayed in Kerrie’s tiny house for 3 months. There is something healing about a small, simple space in nature. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of hiking trails just down the road. The fall colors were so beautiful and I felt very safe on her property. It’s a close drive to downtown, but far enough away to not have light pollution. I will miss the view of the night sky from the patio. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Kerrie!

Thank u so much for a perfect little place for the night in Payson. I really loved the heat, because is was so cold in Az and we came back from the Grand Canyon chilled and tired! The horse was extra neat! Thanks again
