Beautiful and quiet house with fruit trees

Beautiful renovated and cozy house that offers all the amenities you need on your vacation. Two bedrooms for four people, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with TV and channels in different languages. Wi-Fi, terrace, and outdoor area with barbecue, palm trees, and fruit trees. Easy access for parking. A 20-minute drive to Playa del Inglés or the northern part of the island (San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Tejeda...). It's the perfect place to rest and enjoy nature.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian dwelling more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value, in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an outdoor patio, with hammock and lounge area.

The property is located away from high tourism in a ravine and offers peace and freedom for individualists.  It is only 4 minutes by car from the sea and supermarket. A beautiful plant oasis in the middle of a typical Canarian volcanic rock landscape with sea views. The residential property is built on two terraces on the slope. The two terraces are connected by an external staircase.

The Emblematic House Los Araña is located in the historic center of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, with all the services available just a few minutes walk away. We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.
