The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. Seashell Cottage is located on Black Point Exuma Cays it was not affected by hurricane Dorian ,we are booking reservations for this comming winter.It has a 360 degrees of the water the Atlantic Ocean and the Bahama Banks,outside decks,fully furnished,wi fi ,airconditioned ,kitchen utensils linens including Beach towels.Steps leading to the beach.There are two options of getting to Black Point Exuma from Nassau via Titanair and Flamingo Air.Both airlines has dail flights into Black Point Exuma.

High tide is a beautiful ocean view home with beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) and about a 5 minute drive of Sandals Emerald Bay public beach access. Quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.
