The apartment is all new, bright, fresh and located in a small, very quiet complex, a few steps from the town center and the bus stop.
“Could not compliment Sylvia enough for being an amazing host. This lady bent over backwards to help, nothing was too much trouble, went beyond with each enquiry and was always prompt and concise with her replies. Five stars before I even get to the room, which was spotless, charming and everything advertised. Only regret I have is not having more time to spend there. Close enough to the the coast and far enough inland to feel like an authentic Lanzarote experience which is what I was seeking. Hyperbolic statements much warranted here, won’t hesitate to recommend or visit again on account of Sylvia’s warm hospitality. Mucho Gracias 😊”
Single room with private bathroom, located 100 meters from the ldld hypermarket and 300 meters from the biosphere shopping center.
“I chose this place because it was still also a family home and we liked that aspect of it. We didn't see much of the family but there was always someone on hand if we had any questions. We also liked it being away from the busy centre with its karaoke, Irish pubs etc. The one thing missing that we would have liked was the facility to cook. We expected self-catering but to cook properly we really needed a stove-top. I'm not sure that it's clear in the advert that there is only a microwave. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and we had everything else that we needed. We didn't think it was too far from the centre to walk and we also had hired bikes for a while. As well as the Lidl that everyone mentions, there is also a great coffee and brunch place nearby, DER. It is quite pricey but with giant helpings and they 'rest' on Mondays and Tuesdays. A must for a visit if you decide to stay at David's.”

“Viktor is the nicest guy. Greets you with a smile and a cup of coffee and shows you around and chats to get to know you. Offers basic tips that were helpful. He minds his own business unless you need something. He has a lovely dog that adores humans and waited for me outside the camper most mornings to spend some time with me while I had my morning coffee. Viktor kindly provides water, coffee, and tea. The views speak for themselves. This is a can’t miss, one-of-a-kind accommodation no more than 10 minutes from the cities and 30 minutes to even the farthest attractions. The public transit is good and the stop for Conil is only a block away. 11/10 would recommend. Thank you Viktor!”
