Soak up the 🌞 and enjoy our property on over 100 acres. Sit on the deck at sunset and watch kangaroos hop in the paddock. Nothing disturbs you other than chirping birds, a family of beautiful blue ren making it their home. Outdoor spa room is perfect for those hot summer days. 60% of the property is bush which has a 5km track to walk or ride in your own private bush. At night get the board games out, or sit by the indoor fire and put on Netflix. Coonabarabran is 35mins. Coolah is 25mins.

Nestled in the iconic Pilliga Scrub is this homely retreat. Langholm is ideal for bird watching, keep an eye out for the rare Red-tailed Black Cockatoo. Take a day trip to the Warrumbungles, then after your climb, relax in the Pilliga hot bore bath, only a short drive away. Please be aware that Langholm is located on a dirt road being in a National Park ( it’s mostly all weather due to the red soil ) but has an odd pothole, AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended.

The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, just one block from the Main Street. Park is located across road with pubs and clubs just around the corner. Outside area for entertaining and plenty of grassed space for kids to play. We have 1 x double bed 1 x king bed that can convert to 2 x singles 2 x day beds 1 x fold out lounge and a king single trundle bed.
