Farmstay vacation rentals in Cordillera Administrative Region

It was a great experience and definitely worth the money. I'd recommend this place because it's close to popular tourist spots, has a beautiful house with amazing mountain views, is very spacious, and offers a delicious breakfast. The staff were so accommodating. My family and I had a great time. Thanks for hosting.

Spectacular view!! Great Host! Great tour with her tour guide staff-Zera! Zera is amazing! Nisha arranged everything for us from transportation to and from our next destinations. She also arranged for our massage at night! Nisha is wonderful! She also gave us a gave away- local fruit. It was so sweet of her!♥️

I wish I could give 11 out of 5 stars, because everything was wonderful. Our office frequently has out-of-town trips for work and this was our favorite so far. Sir Larry, Ma'am Ellen, and everyone else we met there were all immediately welcoming and friendly - we were lucky enough to have chanced upon them while they were celebrating a special occasion, and they invited us to join them the moment we arrived. It was so easy to settle in and join their conversations. It felt like we were all old friends. The place itself was phenomenal. Again, we were lucky enough that no one else was staying at the bed and breakfast when we were there, so the four of us had the entire space to ourselves. One piece of advice we would give is to bring some Off lotion and mosquito repellant, there are a lot of mosquitoes! And maybe just to bring long clothes to hit two birds because it does get quite cold at night. Last thing that made us more than happy: their cats. They have the most affectionate cats!

Salamat Harold!! I booked the house and one nipa hut for an overnight stay with my family (12 people) and it was such a pleasant stay! Harold and the staff were really flexible with check-in and check-out. The view was beautiful and the location was great - minutes away from the windmills. The free breakfast was a nice bonus! It was a little bit windy the night that we stayed here, so it was a bit loud - but overall, a wonderful experience. Hope to come back soon!

Their place gives a homey feels and is surrounded with fields and farm animals. Very peaceful and serene. Place is also clean. Jess and his wife is also very generous and kind. Definitely worth the stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect home base for exploring the rice terraces. We came with friends who stayed in the top unit while we stayed in the bottom. The house was beautiful and exactly like the photos-spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was large, and the kitchen was well equipped. If you plan to cook (as we did every night), everything you need is there. There were occasional bugs that got inside due to the lights and the open doors and windows, but this wasn’t a big deal for us. Batad was only about a 45-min to 1-hour drive away, and the Banaue Rice Terraces were just 10 minutes away. There are also many smaller rice terraces nearby. Note that you’ll need to go down a set of steep stairs from the parking area to reach the house. Argie, the on-site caretaker, lives there with his wife and their adorable kids. He was very responsive and helpful with any requests or questions, and even helped us load the car when we left. We would definitely return!
