Since the modern bohemian still has an office job we have high speed internet and lots of places to work including a dual monitor setup ready for your Zoom calls and spreadsheets. Ithaca Falls View Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

If you are looking for a hidden gem while visiting the Ithaca area you need not look any further. This is a newly built 2 bedroom apt, with a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer/dryer. We put a lot of thought into the detail when building/decorating this apartment...we want our guest to feel at home while staying here. The Belle Sherman House is a fully legal ( City number #1111) two-bedroom, furnished cottage (with private entryway) attached to our home. It has a full kitchen and cozy living area. Vaulted ceilings and sky lights make this a bright and cheerful space. (Fully legal rental). We are accepting reservations from those who are vaccinated.
