Our local area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, joggers or simply walking through the incredible Tuscan country side that offers memorable sights of farmland, forests and rolling hills.

We are renting out our beautiful, restored house. It is in an absolutely secluded location in the forest with a fantastic view. We have a huge plot and garden with a pool for private use. Wi-Fi throughout the house and by the pool. We are 20 km from the border with Tuscany, so our house is perfect as a starting point for excursions to Tuscany, as well as to Umbria. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
