Our home has been transformed to meet the highest building standards, with soundproof insulation between units, an AC system, and smoke detectors with backup batteries. For your safety, our property is equipped with security cameras in common areas and a keyless entry system. Less than 100 yards from the beach and bay, we have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and an umbrella for your convenience.

Corona del Mar Village Apartment

Our apartment is located on the beach side of Pacific Coast Highway and has a very unique charm. We are located in the heart of Corona del Mar Village ('Flower Streets'). The apartment has two bedrooms and one bath. With a foldout couch that converts to a double size bed. There is a sleeping capacity for up to 5 persons. A pack-n-play portable crib and high-chair are available for tots. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and an ice-chest. Full use of the laundry is provided at no charge.

This charming beach close condo is in the quiet spot of Monarch Beach, nestled right between Dana Point and Laguna Beach. Stroll to the beach through the Waldorf Astoria Resort golf course, stopping for brunch at Club19 and then on down to enjoy your afternoon in the sun. New Update: The city of Dana Point is requiring a 10% occupancy tax on your stay. So once you have booked the reservation you will receive a separate bill to pay for the tax on top of your original payment. 7 Day minimum

Queen size bed and pull out sofa bed provide plenty of room for all of your sleeping needs, as well as a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig for your convenience. The main street of Balboa Island has everything you would need during your visit including shops, restaurants, market, The Village Inn bar, bike rentals, and many sweet tooth favorites like Dad's Donuts and Sugar 'n Spice serving their famous frozen bananas and Balboa Bars.
