This work-friendly, extra clean studio is near State Farm Stadium, Grand Canyon University, and many great hikes. The studio is attached to our house, but you will have a reserved parking space, a separate entrance, and extra sound insulation to enjoy privacy for work or relaxation.

If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
