At "Villa Pepita Biniali" (Maps etc), you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is available (please buy coals) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Charming artist patio house- Can Tòfol de Pina

Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

Ideal for families or close friends. Upstairs: Open double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and view over the living room, plus an additional bedroom with two single beds. Both share the same bathroom. Downstairs: Two double bedrooms with shared access and one shared bathroom (see floor plan).

The Finca Can Tiro is located about 1 km outside of Costitx on a well-kept garden plot. You can expect a lovingly restored house with a floor space of about 90 m2 with a typical natural stone facade. The house offers with its modern comforts such as German satellite TV, free Internet access via WLAN, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with bar, everything for a relaxing stay. For a stay in the off season, a wood-burning stove is available for heating.
