We stayed for an event you had at the Transamerica Expo Center. Carina was very quick in the information and attentive. We were all supported! The excellent apartment! Exactly as in the pictures. We look great in 3 adults. Very spacious apartment, good shower! Good equipment. Super recommend!!!!

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. Thanks Manoela for everything and for the clear communication throughout.

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

The best place for anyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Pinheiros and great restaurant surroundings. The apartment was spotless with great views. I can't recommend highly enough, definitely one of the best accommodations I have been to.

The house was clean and well organized, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment during our stay. What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. The place is easily accessible and super well located, perfect for those going to an event at Allianz Parque.

My wife and six friends of mine spent New Year's there. The house is in a rural gated community. It is even bigger than in the photos. 4 bedrooms plus a private chalet, well equipped and with exclusive swimming pools and Jacuzzi, as well as a pond where tilapia is fished, swimming pool, fitness center, whirlpool and even a mini-market available to guests. Close to the Wine Route with great restaurants. Regina, responsible for the care of the condominium, was super friendly and helpful (they even put a brand new spare refrigerator in the house when the other one malfunctioned). We also hired the services of Valéria, recommended by Regina, who made an absolutely delicious New Year's Eve dinner. We'll be back soon!

My stay was better than I thought. I felt super comfortable and at ease, I never imagined having such a place in the middle of Oscar Freire. I wanted to live there! I will return more often for sure

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

I recommend it 100%. We went for a week to work intensive in Sao Paulo and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The apartment is always spotless and very comfortable, more than enough equipment, top notch security and cleaning service. We were able to rest, train in the gym and they always treated us very well. I would definitely come back.

Very functional apartment, with an excellent bathroom and high quality shower. The location is privileged, next to the Oscar Freire subway station. I recommend hosting — it was definitely worth every penny.
