Cozy apartment, located in a very quiet small family residence of 3 floors. Double glazed windows, hardwood floors throughout the apartment, fully equipped kitchen. The building is very well located, 5min from the Evry-Courcouronnes train station, and 5min from the shopping center "Le spot Evry2", basic necessities shops in the immediate vicinity (bakery, pharmacy, health center, pizzeria etc...) and a few minutes from the highway and the national road.
