The Cosy Nook

Recently renovated, large basic yard with plenty of space for boat or caravan. The Cosy Nook is suitable for couples, a family or group of friends wanting to experience a seaside adventure. Two undercover car parking spaces, walking distance from the Main Street, shops, jetty (approx 1km), playground and Waterpark. Cowell boasts excellent fishing/crabbing and we have much local knowledge to share. Fresh oysters also available on request. We live nearby and are happy to help any way we can.

Large fully self-contained house with a queen bedroom complete with ensuite and parents sitting room, 1 double bedroom and 5 dorm style single rooms with bunk beds. Each room has it's own air conditioning. Ideal for large groups with 4 bathrooms complete with shower and toilet plus 2 extra toilets. Outdoor pergola with BBQ facilities. Close to main shopping area, next door to school oval. Ample secure parking with a large enclosed back yard. Pets must be agreed upon prior to booking.

Continental breakfast on request. Uninterrupted sea views from kitchen, dining and lounge area. Accomodation consists of lounge, dining/family area plus kitchen. Master bedroom, one queen bed, shower, separate toilet and powder room. Happy to have a discussion with regard to bringing your pet. Three minute walk to south beach, jetty, local store and Tavern. Room for boat outside. 9 hole Greg Norman designed Golf Course close by. Owners live upstairs. Shared laundry. Dog on site.
