Locația este nouă și dispune de centrală termică proprie și geamuri termopan tripan care asigură o izolare fonică perfectă pentru liniștea dumneavoastră. 3-star apartment authorized by the Minister of Tourism, comfortably located close to the center, 2 km away from Deva Citadel and 0.5 km away from the Central Station. It has an area of 40 sqm on the ground floor of a block. It contains kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (with double beds). Nearby there is a non-stop supermarket, restaurants, terraces, children's playground. Fully equipped kitchen: cooking utensils, gas stove, fridge. The bathroom has a bathtub and cosmetics are provided free of charge.

The cottage is designed to calm the mind and delight the soul; it has a generous yard that offers privacy. It is perfect for an escape from the city, as it offers an authentic experience of connecting with nature. At the property there is a female Labrador named Theea, who is very nice and calm, and a black boy cat named Bagheera. In the same large yard of 1500 m², there are two other houses, completely separate; I live in one of them. The hot tub is an extra service and is charged separately.
