Our guest house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest near Oberhof and Rennsteig (about 3 km), directly on the idyllic Lütsche reservoir, an approx. 14-hectare swimming lake. Right behind the house at the edge of the forest, you can relax wonderfully at the private barbecue area, and in summer the lake in front of the front door offers refreshing cooling with excellent water quality. Guest cards are also offered for anglers. The house is the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours.

Modern, fine and in the middle of it all - the 5* vacation apartment (opened in 2022) with high-end amenities in a completely renovated former blacksmith workshop. The fully equipped "Werkstatt" vacation apartment - on the first floor with 40 m² for 2 people is located at an altitude of 440 m on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest in the winter sports and vacation region of Oberhof. Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Just 200 metres from the edge of the forest, you will find your perfect retreat here in any season. The 60 m² living space was designed with high-quality, natural materials. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living area with a rocking chair and a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rock bathroom with a rain shower.

Der große Pool und der Jakuzie sind saisonal von Jan-Okt zu nutzen. Die Sauna ist für bis zu 6 Pers ganzjährig nutzbar. Der Barbeque Grill und die 2 Kamine laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein.

Holiday home “Leonard” on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and space for two people. The cozy cottage is located in the beautiful health resort of Finsterbergen, directly on the edge of the forest and very close to the Rennsteig (5 km). Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest pool with volleyball, mini golf and tennis courts are about 200 meters away.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The small apartment is located in Gräfenhain, a quiet district of Ohrdruf. It has been completely renovated in recent years. On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.
