Our guest house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest near Oberhof and Rennsteig (about 3 km), directly on the idyllic Lütsche reservoir, an approx. 14-hectare swimming lake. Right behind the house at the edge of the forest, you can relax wonderfully at the private barbecue area, and in summer the lake in front of the front door offers refreshing cooling with excellent water quality. Guest cards are also offered for anglers. The house is the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours.

The large pool and the jacuzzi are available for use seasonally from January to October. The sauna can be used year-round by up to 6 people. Welcome to the Apartment am Seeberg. Our 2-room apartment with terrace is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a Fire TV stick. We have a small miniature pig, and behind our house is a paddock with horses, just like the Seeberg, which is perfect for walks, picnics, and hikes. Seebergen has bus and train connections, a lake for feeding the ducks, and a small playground for children. Shopping facilities are located in the nearest town (3 km). Gotha is 5 km away, and Erfurt is 15 km away.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. It has a garage and a seating area on the terrace for cozy sitting in the evening.

The 107 sqm holiday home offers a living room with an open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with an adjoining dressing room and a bathroom.
