Waterfront vacation rentals in Crescent Beach

The sunrises every morning from the deck were magical. The walk over the dunes to the beach, the morning coffee, the three bedrooms all made a perfect start to the day for me and my two sisters. We had an issue with a broken toaster which was addressed immediately. David was responsive and caring. For three adult women, the only thing that wasn’t ideal, but we knew it in advance, was the bedroom with bunk beds. They weren’t as comfortable as the two king size beds in the other two rooms, so someone has to make a sacrifice. But, all in all, we had a great time!

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

We booked 30 minutes before the 3 o’clock check in !! Everything went smooth for check in. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay clean ,decorated perfect ,comfortable perfect walking distance to the beach . We will definitely come back !! Thank you for offering a beautiful place to share

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

We loved the location, very walkable to coffee, food, and more. The proximity to the beach is fabulous, the space is well-equipped, and the local’s guide provided in the listing has all you need. Wish we had looked at it sooner but we’ll be back to explore some more! The hosts live above the unit and are friendly.

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

Whitney's house was beyond what we expected. We've stayed in multiple AirBNB homes and Whitney's felt most comfortable. Spending the mornings on the dock drinking coffee was amazing, and the walk to the beach was so easy. The location was great. The house was close enough to the city do quickly drive there and spend the day, yet far enough away to be removed from the crowds and enjoy the quiet. We would highly recommend staying there.

We truly loved our stay! Patricia was amazing to work with the entire time. The house was beautiful and the view was like a picture out of a magazine. If you are looking for a tranquil place for peace and quiet this is it. We had a place to reconnect as a family and just chill out…..St Augustine was a close drive and when we want to explore we were able to in just minutes. We hope to stay again! Thanks for everything!

Had a great stay. The place looked even better in person. The backyard was really nice. loved the pool and the sunset views in the evening. The house was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Perfect for our river run weekend, awesome location, nice and clean, back porch was awesome for hanging out, and there was plenty of room to park our boats. The wagon was super nice to haul things back and forth to the water. Only complaint which has nothing to do with the owner but the manufacturer of the home is that the lighting is terrible in the bathrooms.

Wow!! Erin and Perry’s place it just one in a million. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views are just spectacular. And the view never gets boring - there’s always something fun to watch with all sorts of boats constantly going by (the party boats and pirate boats are the most fun to watch!). We saw dolphins, flying fish, a huge turtle, all from the back deck. It’s like staying in a luxury hotel with all the tiny details they’ve thought of. We’ve stayed in a lot of nice Airbnbs around the world and this one is definitely one of the bests for those tiny details as well as the responsiveness of the hosts, the amenities provided (washer & dryer is so helpful, yoga mats!, all the cooking tools I needed to make meals for our family of 4 for 3 days), the location (such an easy walk to all the sits over the bridge as well as some amazing restaurants), and the beauty of the place itself. We will definitely be returning!!!

The house is beautifully equipped with everything you could need, featuring high-quality materials and thoughtful details throughout. The real highlight, though, is the incredible backyard with its private dock—perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. During our stay, we were even lucky enough to spot a manatee right by the dock, making the experience truly unforgettable!

A beautiful cozy condo on the Matanzas River in St. Augustine Shores. The views are very pretty from the lanai and condo. Sunrises over the river! Carla is a top-notch host who responds promptly to any inquiries and takes care of any issues quickly. The condo is very clean, bright, and nicely furnished in beach decor. Perfect for that setting! Lots to do in the area. 3 pools, 1 heated in the complex. Beach is a short drive. Awesome restaurants of all kinds. Historic Downtown St. Augustine, a must to experience. We highly recommend Carla as your host and her Riverfront Condo in St. Augustine for your next getaway!

The location awesome. The complex is very clean, safe and well maintained. The pool was clean, the water was warm and it wasn’t too busy. The boardwalk to the ocean was great. We regularly saw several turtles near the boardwalk. The condo’s air conditioning and heat was spot on. The beds were comfortable. We had everything in the room for a wonderful stay. Jeremy, the owner is first rate. Super friendly and helpful. He gave us many tips for restaurants in the area. The leather furniture and tile floors were great for all my allergies. We had a nice view of the sunrise over the ocean from our room. I could go on and on.

I had an amazing time! The Condo was fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen 💕 the views were stunning and the pool was relaxing. Perfect location.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our weekend. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The beach was a short walk and the walk to the very nice pool was even shorter. The hosts communicated well. Would definitely rent again.
