Fully equipped modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room-kitchen-dining room, and 1 bathroom. Air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, TV and Astra satellite channels. Self check-in. Our accommodation is considered smoke-free, so smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in the common areas. Failure to comply will result in action being taken. Due to the new regulations required by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior for the documentary registration of travellers at check-in, you need to provide us with the following information for each guest over 14 years of age who visits us: - first and last names - gender - ID number - type of document (ID card, passport, etc.) - nationality - date of birth - place of habitual residence (full address, city, country) - email - total number of travellers - relationship between the travellers (if there are minors) - contract transaction details + contract reference number + date and signature + date and time of check-in and check-out + payment details: type (cash, card...), card type, IBAN, payment method holder, card expiry date and payment date. Landline and mobile phone numbers are also required, as well as the card type and number.

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Our unique and recently refurbished home is located in the heart of a wonderful Canarian town called Agaete. It is an oasis of peace with lots of light, space, local plants, and beautiful energy. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests who want to relax and discover the local highlights such as the Tamadaba Natural Reserve, the port, or one of many pristine bays and beaches. You can sleep, do yoga, play piano or simply wander around the tiny streets of this jewel of Gran Canaria.

Guanche House

65 sqm penthouse, recently renovated by us, with a large terrace of about 100 sqm equipped with a shower, a barbecue is available for guests. 15 minutes from the airport, public services and pharmacy are 250 meters away, supermarket 30 meters away (open every day); the various bars, restaurants, are located in the main avenue of the village reachable in 2 minutes walking. The Health Center is 150 meters away and the Veterinarian is 250 meters away. Languages spoken: Spanish, Italian

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian dwelling more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value, in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an outdoor patio, with hammock and lounge area.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max. 4 people)

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
