Apartamento moderno completamente equipado, con 2 dormitorios, salón-cocina-comedor espacioso, 1 baño y balcón independiente. Aire acondicionado en el salón, Wifi, smart Tv y canales por satélite Astra. Nuestro alojamiento esta considerado como espacio libre de humos, por lo que esta totalmente prohibido fumar en el apartamento como en las zonas comunes. Su incumplimiento supondrá tomar medidas al respecto. Debido a las nuevas normas exigidas por el Ministerio de Interior de España para el registro documental de viajeros en el check-in, se necesita que nos faciliten los siguientes datos de cada uno de los huéspedes mayores de 14 años que nos visiten: - nombre y apellidos - sexo - número de documento de identidad - tipo de documento (DNI, pasaporte...) - nacionalidad - fecha de nacimiento - lugar de residencia habitual (dirección completa, localidad, país) - número total de viajeros - relación de parentesco entre los viajeros (si hay menores de edad) - y datos de la transacción del contrato + número de la referencia del contrato + fecha y firma + fecha y hora de entrada y salida + datos del pago: tipo (efectivo, tarjeta...), tipo de tarjeta, titular del medio de pago, fecha de caducidad de la tarjeta y fecha de pago.

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Guanche House

65 sqm penthouse, recently renovated by us, with a large terrace of about 100 sqm equipped with a shower, a barbecue is available for guests. 15 minutes from the airport, public services and pharmacy are 250 meters away, supermarket 30 meters away (open every day); the various bars, restaurants, are located in the main avenue of the village reachable in 2 minutes walking. The Health Center is 150 meters away and the Veterinarian is 250 meters away. Languages spoken: Spanish, Italian

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian dwelling more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value, in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an outdoor patio, with hammock and lounge area.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max. 4 people)

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
