Comfortable new and modern house attached in the countryside 25 min from the center of Cuenca. Completely safe with all the commonalities. Ideal for this quarantine and enjoy ample green spaces. We have football and volleyball courts, a children's playhouse, friendly pets and children's games. You have to arrive in your own vehicle on second-rate roads in good condition. 5 min from the house there are shops where you will find basic necessities and 15 min is the Monay Shoping.

There is great food and great stores to shop at.There are many exertions to participate.The Tomebamba River is across the street as well. Cuenca is Patrimonio Cultural De La Humanidad (Athens of Ecuador).There is a big mall El Batan couple of blocks away. The one-car garage can fit a SMALL car up to 4.30 meters long.
