The house is just a 5-minute drive from Teror and 10 minutes from the GC-3 highway that connects with the North/Center and South of the island, as well as with Tamaraceite that has all the amenities.

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room.
