Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

I am very satisfied, right by the sea with rock/stone coast, so the sea always has a nice turquoise and the water is very clean. Parking on the fenced property and the pool - which is very large - makes the stay perfect, also that there are still tables for eating outside.. and of course the outdoor shower... From here you can easily reach many places by car. The landlord also very nice... also his 92 year old father and his brother... very warm Thank you

We had a great stay, cannot recommend enough! Christian and his family went above and beyond both before and during our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was an amazing addition and had a beautiful view of Tropea. There is even a small kiosk open in the mornings by the pool where you can get great coffee! You’re missing out if you don’t stay here when I’m Tropea.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

a very spacious and well equipped apartment in a quiet area. the highlight was definitely the large terrace which was always sunny. in the evenings you could watch the sun go down over the sea. rosella was very communicative and gave us many helpful recommendations for the area. we would definitely come back

Marinas place was just what we needed for our time in Tropea. It had a secure place for us to park our car, beautiful views and comfortable bed. It’s ideal location makes it walkable to the town center, in about 10 minutes we were by all the shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved the outdoor space of Marina’s home to relax, read and enjoy the sun. Marina is a fantastic host, helping us find our way to her place, giving local restaurant recommendations and responded quickly to our questions. We felt well taken care of by her! We look forward to returning 🤗

we only stayed for 1 day and we didn't made justice to the place. if youbare visiting this place atleast you should book for 4 -5 days. what a great host and family. the whole farm house was so wonderful and peaceful. my daughters really had a good time with the pets. one of the best croissant I had in breakfast made my hosts wife. place is so wonderful and I can't wait to return back. we'll done and keep maintaining the standard.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Well organized and clean accommodation, easily accessible and in a strategic position to be able to reach all places on the coast of the gods. Very quiet and peaceful area. Well-stocked kitchen with every utensil and very welcoming private garden. Rosa has always been a host present at every request and information.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Anna place was perfect for our family of 6. 2 min walk to the beach, beautiful beach and great food. The roof top patio was perfect for sun sets and a peace drink at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Isabella welcomed us to the Sàlaco farm, making us feel immediately at home, preparing great breakfasts and giving us exclusive tips on places to visit. The place is surrounded by nature on the hill and you don't need air conditioning at night because it's very cool. Highly recommended!

Antoinette kindly picked us from the train station and offered to take us back up our leaving. The space is very large for a studio and the outdoor space is an added bonus. It is a quiet neighbourhood about halfway from railway station and town. Antoinette had quick response time. It can a little noisy from next door unit but was very quiet after 11:00. Would return to this property if the chance arose.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

The room is beautiful, with a wonderful sea view and very comfortable. Chiara was extremely helpful and flexible, including check-in and times. I will definitely be back in summer so I can also fully enjoy the beautiful panoramic terrace and pool. Highly recommended experience!

Giuseppe came in person to welcome us. His apartment was recently renovated, so everything is in great condition and perfectly matches the expectations that one makes when looking at the site, in fact it is better with the undisclosed precautions, such as mosquito nets at all windows, which do not spoil in August. The house is still being embellished, in a quiet and reserved setting, but minutes from both Nicotera and Nicotera Marina. Really a good experience, perfect for discovering its beautiful land. Highly recommended!

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with the times and with the use of the house, where there is a lot of space and tranquility at your leisure. The apartment is in a quiet complex, a five-minute walk from the free beach of Punta Safó. It's a sandy beach, with the clear sea, and generally not very crowded. The apartment has a large terrace from which you can see the sea; there is also a table, lounge chairs and a sofa. The kitchen is well equipped and equipped with everything you may need; the bluetooth box in the living room and the bookshelf in the room are very much appreciated. Dirk is an accurate and attentive host but a special thank you goes to Lisa, who in fact welcomed us, recommended us and was always available to respond to our requests. Highly recommended!
