It has new furniture, a refrigerator, a 2-burner cooktop, an oven, a filter, an espresso machine, a rice cooker, air-conditioning in the rooms, Wi-Fi, cable TV and 2 TVs, with a Smart TV in the living room. Access to the condominium's facilities: swimming pools, tennis and multi-sport courts, fitness center, playground, sauna, game room and an exclusive deck for guests on the beach with a restaurant.

The bathroom is spacious and the shower is delightful. The space is fully furnished, and well equipped with appliances and basic cooking utensils. It has two queen-size beds and a double sofa bed! You'll feel like you're in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, but almost on the seashore:)

At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.
