Great place to stay in Lake Ilopango! The house is nestled in a private cove and has little to no traffic in the surrounding area, which is great if you want relax and get away from it all. House has everything you need for a weekend stay or more. Judith is always is quick to reply if you have any questions and has great recommendations for activities and food. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great place to stay at. Lots of restaurants and beautiful views. No need to drive you can walk to stores and restaurants. The home was amazing and beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again when I come down to visit.

Es un lugar maravilloso. Sin duda vamos a regresar! Daniel el anfitrión fue muy amigable y flexible. El lugar estaba muy limpio y tenía muchos servicios que en otros Airbnb no tienen como ( kayak, Snorkel, chalecos, salvavidas, papel toalla, servilletas, pajillas, toallas para cocina, hielera, fogata) sin duda es un lugar al que vamos a regresar muy pronto! También Juan Carlos quien es que cuida la casa fue muy servicial y amable! Nos bajó mangos para llevar a casa! Los felicito. Tienen un lugar increíble. 😊

This is now one of my top places to stay while visiting El Salvador. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the fact it has a private entrance to the lake is incredible. They even have a couple of kayaks and life vests available to use. The groundskeepers are super nice and welcoming. They were always attending to the grounds making sure the grass and flowers were well watered, and sweeping up the common areas. The rooms are kept spotless and they smelled so good when we arrived. This place is a must stay, but do be sure to have a truck available to make the drive in. I would recommend having provisions on hand because it is located in a secluded area. To us that was an advantage because it was nice and quiet. If you come prepared you have the kitchen, grill and smoker at your disposal to ake the most out of this BnB. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and more. I can't say enough about this place, but I'm running out of characters, so I'll leave it at that.

Dank der guten Beschreibung von Maurizio war die Hacienda einfach zu finden und die Anfahrt war auch mit einem normalen Auto sehr gut machbar. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft schön, weitläufig, sehr schön bewachsen und mit unglaublich viel Liebe gestaltet. Eine überaus gelungene Mischung aus Originalgegenständen der Hacienda mit marokkanische Kunst. Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Die Hacienda ist einzigartig. Wir haben von dem Essensangebot Gebrauch gemacht, die Mahlzeiten waren großartig und Doña Alma und ihr Team tuen alles, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten, der tolle Ausblick, Jacuzzi, Hängematten…. und alles ist überaus gepflegt. Ein echtes Juwel mit viel Liebe und Herz geführt, Doña Alma hat unseren Aufenthalt einzigartig gemacht. VIELEN DANK!

This is great house, you'll find everything you could need, great TVs, good internet, the rooms are all comfy with good beds. The pool area is excellent, during the day it gets sun until around 3 to 4 pm the house creates a a shade, on a hot day...the water will remain warm into the night which we loved. The PingPong table was excellent and the BBQ area well positioned. Catherine and Carlos were excellent hosts, very proactive to our needs. This a a house we hope to come back soon.

The place is beautiful with amazing views and most importantly peaceful. The people there are extremely kind and dedicated to make the guest feel right at home. There were a few difficulties with some home appliances, but overall it was a wonderful experience. Hopefully it will be available for next year to go back.
