Distance from parking 30 m. height and 80 m. walking distance. You just have to climb the hill :) You can bring drinking water from a clean well, also 80 m below the cottage. Electricity is limited -solar panel. You have a boat on the river (Sharka) available, it is inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
