Village school meets country house style This charming house was built in 1920 as a village school. We took it over at the beginning of 2025 and since then have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and rest. We have waived TVs and invite you to arrive at your own place: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Our apartment "Funky Four" for up to 6 people was completed in 2022. It is modern, close to the beach and both stylish and cozy, accessible and with high comfort. The apartment impresses, among other things, its great location almost directly behind the dyke, only 170 m from the sea and has its own parking space. In 3 minutes you can walk to the promenade and the sea. On cold days, the sauna pampers you and guarantees peace and relaxation.
