Feeling good apartmentThe 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in the quiet residential area in the outskirts of the field and yet only 300 m to the bakery. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with wardrobe, a daylight shower room with hairdryer and make-up mirror and a 40 m² living/sleeping room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (also usable as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, WLAN/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.
Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit from the street for the apartment. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden. The tram to the central station and the city, the Centre and the Darmstadt Technical University are within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days up to a maximum of 1 month.
