Great place to stay

From the minute that we arrived at the villa, we all felt at home. The villa was incredibly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed, so much so, we rarely left, as the children were so happy playing in the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would hopefully be back in the near future.

Our family stayed at Villa Pelagio for one week in mid-November 2024. Weather in Cyprus was still very nice, sunny, barely any rain and not too hot. We truly enjoyed Marios' villa, specially the pool, it was real luxus to us. Having a 5-year-old and and an 8-year-old children, the pool was perfect to us, since the other half of the pool only has 0,8 m depth water. The villa is good equipped, clean and just as beautiful as in the pictures. It offers a great surrounding for a peaceful holiday, but is not far away from services. There are amazing beaches nearby too like Makronissos and Nissi beach, both suitable for families with children. Larnaka is only half an hour away by car, Agia Napa is very close and Nikosia is one hour away by car. The traffic in Nikosia can be very heavy but possible to survive! Marios always replied quickly and thoroughly to our questions and was really helpful. We can warmly recommend Villa Pelagio!

Breathtaking sunrise views, straight from the balcony even from the bed! Room nicely decorated, reminded me of a cabin on a cruise ship. Located within walking distance of nice, leafy restaurants. The host is very helpful and accommodating! Ready to help immediately. Perfect for those who love the sound of the sea and a quiet (no music playing) and long sandy beach to walk. There is a cafe below the house. A small supermarket is close by. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Miejsce jest idealne. Blisko jest dosłownie wszędzie :) Wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Gospodarz pomyślał o każdym szczególe. Czekała na nas zimna woda, coś słodkiego, kostki lodu, czyste mieszkanie i wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy na czas pobytu. Sarwar dbał o nas na każdym kroku. Komunikacja była bezproblemowa i bardzo miła. polecam, polecam, polecam 😊

We had a fantastic stay. A really beautiful apartment in a safe peaceful area. My girlfriend and I had a great stay and Danny the host helped us greatly when we had questions. The apartment is lovely on the inside and out, with many restaurants nearby. There is also a very nice hike nearby. Another bonus was the friendly cat that would great my girlfriend and I when we went outside we named this cat Athena

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!
