The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites you to enjoy 26 degrees of water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature (approx. 800m).

The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor consists of a living-dining area with kitchenette (incl. dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom in the attic with a large double bed (1.8 m). The apartment has a large private roof terrace. The living-dining area offers an additional sofa bed as well as a workplace.

The vacation home is a new building to feel good. The surroundings and neighborhood are quietly located. Car parking spaces are available free of charge on the premises in front of the houses. The adjoining meadow invites you to linger, play and sunbathe.
