Condo vacation rentals in Davao Region

We stayed at this property for a month while visiting Davao City. Everything comes as advertised and outside of a few issues after we initially checked in, we really enjoyed this property. Host is very quick to respond and resolves any issue fairly quickly. Great location right near the mall. I would definitely recommend this property for any potential renter. Great host, clean and tidy apartment and a great location.

Really good place, close by to a lot of shops. In a gated and guarded community so felt really safe. Would highly recommend to others for the future!

Great place to stay! Hosts were awesome. Slight non urgent door lock issue was fixed immediately. Clean, well furnished and decorated. Large bath and shower. Nice cold Aircon. Great views from patio. Roof Deck of building incredible. Staff pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

The location is great, very close to SM MALL, which was super convenient. Communication with host was also great—they responded promptly to our requests and provided a baby tub as requested, though unfortunatety, it arrived too late for us to use. Cleanliness could be improved. Also, the parking lot was confusing, but thankfully, the guard was very helpful in guiding us on where to park.

Good stay, I just hoped that there was not a 300 PHP cleaning fee if we are required to take out the trash since it's the only thing left to clean... so if we take those out, what is the 300 PHP cleaning fee for since we left the place as clean as it was. But overall, nice place!

Ms. Gale was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and very approachable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. This lovely place is perfect for those seeking tranquility and offers easy access to a variety of activities in the Sasa and Lanang area. Highly recommended!

Only problem with the condo is that the bed squeaks everything is close by. Security is good kitchen works great. So does the bathroom if their any problem the condo will fix it

my third time staying at this place since 2022. It was still the same clean and relaxing space here in davao. bottled water and coffee were available and also, toiletries which is a bonus. Very responsive and understanding host. Enjoyed our stay 💕

Loved the place. The security guards are very helpful . This is near the airport so expect airplanes coming and going (might not work for light sleepers). Although the entire place has 2 bedrooms, we were only given access to the Master's since there was only 2 of us. Second bedroom is only available if there are 3-4 guests. Kitchen utensils are available too so just bring groceries. Owner is friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Bring extra hangers if you have clothes needing hanging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there :)

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely and well-maintained place. The cleanliness and overall ambiance made our experience even more enjoyable. The host, Dayle, was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. When the shower hose unexpectedly broke, we immediately reached out to him, and he acted swiftly to resolve the issue by replacing it right away. His prompt assistance and excellent service made our stay even more pleasant and hassle-free. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to others.

The place has everything you need. At an economically rate, you actually get more than what you pay for like, complete kitchenwares, fridge, hot & cold shower, comfy big bed, cold airconditioner, and fast internet speed. Also, the room location is near from the elevator, which is really convenient if you have bulk of luggage you carry with you during your travel. However, if you are a bit picky or into an aesthetic/hotel-ish interior design of a room then this place is not for you. Rest assured, the entire place itself feels like home and it has a great view from the balcony since it's situated at the top of the bldg - best for early morning hot coffee. The host, Renalie, was accommodating enough to respond to our inquiries as well. Overall, we had a great experience during the entire period of our stay in this unit.

Cyrel and Anthony were great hosts! I highly commend the place especially on how comfortable the place is, its proximity to Ayala and how they curated the space. The two of them were very responsive to all my queries, and were very approachable. It would have been nice to meet the two of them. Will surely recommend their place for anyone who wants to stay in Davao City.
