Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Daventry District

Worth staying just out of London. Easy train access. Kids loved the back garden.

Had a lovely stay here with 6 of us plus a baby. Lots of room and very clean throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Anytime we travel up for the weekend for a Santa Pod event again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again to Wakene.

Ben was an absolute delight. He was very accommodating and was very responsive to any messages sent. The house itself was absolutely beautiful with so much for my children to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay. There are nice walks around the area, and the general setting is very good. We walked to the local pub for a great lunch. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. Check in was easy.

Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.

We had a good few days at Matthew's place, which was easy to find, and very convenient for what we wanted to do locally. Matthew is a very responsive host, and easy to get hold of. We appreciated the little touches, like a bottle of wine in the fridge after a long journey and chocolates on the pillows. Our son didn't want to leave when we left 🤣.

ideal place if you fly from Luton airport,we have stayed a night after a late flight. very close to the airport and McDonald's near by which is also convenient if you arrive late and hungry. place was immaculate and very clean,beds were comfortable and the shower was great. highly recommend

A perfect second stay at Emma's place. It feels like home from home when we are there. She has just thought of everything! From some quick easy to make meals in the freezer for arrival, the comfiest beds along with a choice of pillows! Toys/books for the littles, bathroom stocked with toiletries the list goes on. Myself being a light sleeper that struggles to sleep anywhere away from home, I have to say I had a whole week of lovely rest during our stay.

Great place to stay Joshua was very helpful when it came to check in and the stay itself was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here and will likely do so myself again.

Alex is a great host! The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, equiped and close to shops. The place is well sound proofed so couldn't hear my kids enjoying the screen during calls, there were plenty of local parks they visited and we enjoyed the evening sun on the balcony on a lazy evening. I'll definitely be booking again.

This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). Decent gaff

Beautiful apartment and great host! I had another lovely experience at Aneka's. The place is spotless, organised and spacious - the sort of place you just want to keep to yourself:-) Whenever we're in Leicester we always try to book this place. Aneka is attentive and super friendly - there's very little room for improvement honestly- it's that good.

The Garden Room was a lovely place to stay for a few nights. It’s exactly like the photos, looked lovely and presentable inside. The weather was pretty hot the last few days so we were very thankful for the fan unit. The area is lovely too, nice to walk around and get to places in the local area or walk the dog! I would definitely stay here again as it was so pleasant and comfortable. Rachel was also very responsive, helpful and friendly, especially with how last minute the request was, so I really appreciated that. Thank you!
