Vacation rentals with beach access in Decentralized Administration of Crete

We are the family with 12 years old boy, stayed for a week. Excellent location for such kind of vacation. Great restaurants nearby and just 100m walk to the sea. Intercity bus station in 1 km, you can take taxi, but it's a pleasant walk. Recommended!

This was our first time in with them know, and we were somewhat sold on Stratos offering because of it being a Seaview apartment. It was right across from the beach. It was well appointed clean modern two doors opening to the balcony that faced the ocean, a wonderful Nespresso machine with coffeejust great and Stratos met us when we checked in. We got to meet him in person. It was just a great overall experience.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Alles war sauber, die Unterkunft war grösser als erwartet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit einem Willkommensraki und Biscuits. Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bäckerei sind in der Nähe, der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm und Spielsachen für Kinder gibt, eine Kaffeemaschine mit feinem Kaffe und zwei Balkone. Die aufgehängten Bilder sind ausserordentlich schön und geben der Wohnung einen authentischen Stil. Vielen Dank!!

Sara e Giovanni squisiti! Bellissimo soggiorno, zona fantastica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il ristorante è una chicca, si mangia divinamente. La sera, a bordo piscina, seduti al ristorante, c'è un atmosfera magica, una pace per i sensi. La nostra bimba si è innamorata della piscina! Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille

The location was great, right on the seafront, and in between a load of nice restaurants and bars. We had a car, and there is on site parking available which was perfect. The room was spotless, modern and a good size, with a good sized kitchenette. Communication with Stefani was really easy, and she was able to accommodate a late checkout for us, which involved the cleaner moving all of our things to another room, as we were returning from Chania later than expected. The roof terrace is fantastic, with an undisturbed view of the sea - the infinity pool really does look amazing, and is a real sell for this airbnb over others in the area. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Absolutely fabulous penthouse apartment with a magnificent terrace and wonderful views. Super beach literally just across the street and close to a range of local restaurants…… can’t recommend enough!!😀

Merci infiniment à Dimitris qui est un excellent hôte ! Disponible, d’excellents conseils, amical et soucieux de nous faire passer notre meilleur séjour à Agia Pelagia. Le logement correspond tout à fait à l’annonce et l’emplacement est parfait, la mer est accessible à pied très rapidement et tous les commerces et restaurant sont au pied de l’appartement. Le logement était propre et bien équipé pour une semaine. Le petit balcon donnant sur un parking où sont entreposées des voitures de location est très appréciable et permet d’étendre son linge au soleil sans gêner. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent et Dimitris propose même de changer les draps et serviettes au bout de 5 jours et vous offre des fruits frais , de l’eau et du jus à votre arrivée et pendant votre séjour ! Tout était parfait, nous sommes très heureux d’avoir séjourné ici et d’avoir rencontré Dimitris, merci encore 🇫🇷🇬🇷 Celia & Arnaud

L’appartement est très bien placé, tout peut se faire à pied. Il est spacieux, lumineux et calme. Jenifer est une hôte très réactive avec plein d’attentions pour nous, café, gâteaux et fruits nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Elle est de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants alentours. Je conseille vivement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Georgios. L'appartement est à deux pas de la plage, vous trouvez des restaurants et commerces dans la rue ou à 300m dans le village. Les chambres sont très spacieuses (plus grandes qu'il n'y paraît dans l'annonce). La terrasse est très agréable et le parking gratuit est juste a côté. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies. Nous avons trouvé que Kalyvès est bien situé pour visiter l'ouest de la Crète. Nous reviendrons !

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Mochlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal mal wieder. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung war, bis auf Kleinigkeiten wie fehlendes Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, sehr zutreffend. Danke für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Une charmante petite maison avec vue sur la mer ! Un petit endroit tranquille pour visiter le nord ouest de l’île. Nous avons bénéficié d’excellents conseils de visites et de restaurants. La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture d’un grand supermarché. Nous recommandons fortement !

Une semaine au paradis !! Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Manolis. La maison a les pieds dans l’eau et la vue est juste sublime. Les couchers de soleil sont grandioses. Tout est prévu pour profiter des extérieurs : bains de soleil, parasol, table et chaises, fauteuil, hamac, barbecue… Il y a des chaussures de plages pour pouvoir marcher sur les rochers et une petite plagette est également tout de suite accessible. Nous avons vécu dehors et avons été bercés par le bruit des vagues ce qui était génial. La maison est très fonctionnelle et Manolis est plein d’attentions : nous avons trouvé en arrivant une corbeille de fruit frais, des gâteaux sucrés faits maison par sa mère, des citrons de sa ferme, du Raki, des bières et des bouteilles d’eau fraîches, des dattes… Pendant le séjour il nous a amené des chaussons aux épinards et des œufs frais. Manolis a été un hôte attentif, plein de bons conseils et très prévenant. Nous espérons revenir très vite. Merci Manolis pour tout 🩵?

Das Domizil liegt ganz oben auf dem Hügel und man hat einen tollen Blick auf Sitia und den Strand. Die Anfahrt ist spannend, da sehr steil, aber macht Spaß. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Danke für die neue Kommunikation.

Tämä kohde on todellinen aarre: terassi ja piha, avarat näkymät merelle ja erityisesti Nikoksen kädenjälki rinteen puutarhassa aina rantaan asti. Jos nautit omasta rauhasta ja luonnosta, tämä paikka on sinun. Kaikessa henkii kreeetalainen, paikallinen kulttuuri. Nikos ja hänen tyttärensä Eleni olivat hyvin avuliaita, jos heräsi jokin kysymys tai tarve. Läheistä kalaravintolaa pitää kalastajan perhe, nautimme kovasti hyvästä, tuoreesta kalaruoasta.

Die Unterkunft von Heike war super gepflegt und hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen! Heike war auch beim Tag unserer Anreise vor Ort und hat uns persönlich viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns alles nötige erklärt. Sie war auch jederzeit schnell für uns erreichbar. Utensilien fürs Grillen von Fleisch und Fisch waren auch vollständig vorhanden. Die umliegenden Kleinstädte mit zahlreichen Lokalitäten sind mit dem Auto schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Wer sportlich ist, schafft es auch zu Fuß :) . Aber auch zu Hause kann man die Seele gut baumeln lassen, entweder in einer Hängematte oder einer Liege.

Our stay in the apartment was perfect. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed online. We were able to park near the apartment which meant we could explore all of the local beaches and visit the old town. The apartment was located 10m from the beach, ideal for a early morning swim. We would love to stay at Georgia's place again :)

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. I can see why Katerina is a super host -everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! We felt very comfortable in her place! We found it very convenient and yet peaceful! The view from her balcony was amazing! Katerina was very responsive and pro active ! I would stay here again if I were to visit Chania in the future!

Chrisi ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt und freundlich . Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Ausflüge , aber auch perfekt zum Strand um die Ecke. Dazu ist alles vorhanden , was man zum Leben braucht und es gibt sogar eine kleine Flasche Raki im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Wir werden wieder mal hierher kommen!! Brigitte und Peter

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren 12-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist toll - nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt und trotzdem 15 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Einchecken mit schlüsselbox und Beschreibung war super einfach. Der Gastgeber hat immer extrem schnell geantwortet. Und ich meine wirklich schnell- ich habe nie länger als ein paar Minuten auf eine Reaktion gewartet. Er hat mir mit allen Fragen und Anliegen geholfen und mir sogar einem Regenschirm ausgeliehen und eine Yogamatte für meine Zeit besorgt. Wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur stelle! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem (das finde ich immer wichtig!). Das Sofa ist schon etwas durchgesessen - aber es hat mich nicht gestört. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen richtigen Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle (die ich aber nicht benutz habe). Der Balkon ist groß und man hat morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag sonne. Auf dem 2. Balkon gibts auch noch eine Waschmaschine!

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Wir haben sehr schöne vier Tage hier verbracht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich wunderschön und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei einem Supermarkt. Vor dem Haus konnte man gut parken.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!
