Great place, the surroundings are beautiful, great place to relax and fully enjoy the nature. Very good location for families with kids, fine sand, warm water, shallow and no big waves. Our kids loved the animals as well, all in one, I strongly recomend this place and the location !

This was certainly one of the most beautiful stays of my life. Possibly even the most beautiful. You get 24 hours of majestic views, from the blue sea to the colourful sunset to the clear stars and then even the sunrise. The sea right below the house was one ofu favourite swims. I'd advise that you get aqua shoes to enjoy it properly since there are stones. Very colourful stones, and such calm waters. The house is calm enough to feel secluded, yet a walking distance from the port and the central part of Nea Skioni. It is equipped enough for a few days stay in my opinion; I would recommend a more equipped kitchen for those who'd stay longer and additional towels (since there isn't a washing machine). The space was very clean. The decor and woodwork of the house is incredible and such high quality. Harris was also very responsive, kind and helpful. Will definitely be back to stay in this little paradise! It's not just a home, but a full experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location! The house had everything we needed. The view is stunning and it is great to have the beach so close that you can eat breakfast on it. Our daughter (1.5) enjoyed walking by herself and petting the dogs. She laughed a lot during the Donkey ride. It is a great place for kids to explore. Karin and her staf are very friendly. A place you can rarely book. Directly on the sea far away from mass tourism and yet restaurants are within walking distance. If you love peace and quiet, this is the case. Landlords are very friendly and helpful. Anytime again

This place is a real gem! Very homelike house, beautiful decorations and the patio is so wonderful. Place is near everything and still peaceful. Bed is good and kitchen is with many utilities and equipments. The landlord is the best, friendly and helpful. We checked in 1.20 am and he was there waiting for us. Thank you so much!

Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Overlooking the sea from the yard is simply fantastic, relaxing... in the yard there are also facilities for children such as a swing, a slide... 5th the beach - three steps a way from the sandy, very clean beach, we can say private... We had a pleasant stay, the place is very peaceful and beautiful, with a magnificent sea view. We were a three-minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to eat five minutes from the apartment. We were 30 minutes (Thessaloniki city) from a lovely neighbor who prepared incredibly good Greek specialties for us. I thank Maria. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We were able to see young people playing soccer with large boxes, which was unusual for us but especially funny. It was our very first trip and we would do it again. We'd love to. I thank Mr. Pantelis for his attention, his patience, we were very late he waited for us until our arrival. Don't hesitate, the place is beautiful. It was a pleasant stay in Greece.

Very nice villa. The house is new and everything inside very tastfull decorated and clean. We were the only guests in the 4 villas so it was very peaceful in the garden. The unheated pool was very cold but that's normal this time of the year. The owners were friendly and gave us some nice tips for visits in the area.

Vacation of the lifetime. Apparent was clean, beads comfortable, a/c quiet, veranda large and private. Several different beaches within walking distance. Essential shopping very convenient and close by. Traditional Greek taverns and seafood restaurants just around the corner. Live Greek music and dance party in Agios Nicolaios only 10 minutes away . If you are looking for a different kind of vacation. To Live in nature, Babis's space is the place for you. Let's start with the fact that Babis is kind and precious person, available to all our communications and pleasant as a friend. His private space is designed to a high standard. You can see He is a designer with soul! Pay attention to all the little details ! We are a couple with a 5-year-old girl. We spend 24 days in Babis space . The nature in the town is lovely , the air is clean and pleasant in August. We were worried that there was no air conditioning and Babis said there was no reason because the weather is perfect. The town is lovely and beautiful, everything you need and local. You can feel the community. We really enjoyed walking in Arnaia. Every day we did a star trip. There is so much nature, beaches, seas and magic in Halkidiki. We had an amazing family vacation! We fall in LOVE with Arnaia & Babis house. Thank you very much for everything. It was perfect :D

we have completely fallen in love with Sithonia and Yannis and Eleni's place was the perfect base to explore from. Although, Toroni was lovely enough to stay put, we just like to get out and about. The place is small as pictured, but plenty enough for what we needed.

We have stayed in many Airbnb accommodations, but Aris' (and his father's) FAR exceeded our expectations. Some points that we particularly remember: 1. We had a fantastic view of our private part of the beach, which is cleaned every day by Aris and his father. In addition, charcoal and a small grill are available if you want to prepare a few corn cobs in the evening (highly recommended!). 2. Aris' father brought us pita and bougatsa every morning. We also received a bottle of his homemade olive oil (extraordinary taste!) as a gift. Hospitality is lived with all one's heart here. 3. Aris was always ready to fulfill any wishes (e.g. additional blanket or fresh towels) (free of charge!). The list could go on and on. We are already looking forward to spending our vacation with Aris & Papa again next year! Thank you very much, Aris!
