The beautiful and brand new apartment is fully equipped and has excellent quality finishes, design and furniture, double height ceilings, which makes it very cozy, spacious and bright. The neighborhood is very central and located, well connected, pleasant to walk and surrounded by shopping malls, banks, restaurants, movie theaters and bars; with several means of transportation within walking distance. Metrobus station, Metro station and bike station within walking distance. And Uber is always a good option. For those who need it, we have parking for one car in the same building (please let us know if you are going to use it to give you the corresponding card) The modern building has first-class amenities, in an unbeatable location, with Metro, bicycle station and Metrobús within walking distance. Very close to large corporations, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, bars, and important office buildings. The downtown area is one of the best in the city, the building is steps away from the new Torre Manacar and almost opposite Liverpool Galerias Insurgentes. It is also very close to Panamericana University and Simon Bolivar School.

Very comfortable apartment with living room and bedroom

The apartment is located on a tree-lined street in Colonia Narvarte. It is located 8 minutes from the Eugenia Metro. Opposite there is a cafeteria, one or two blocks away there is a greengrocer, restaurants, laundries, tortillerias, Oxxo, mini-supermarkets, breweries, ice cream parlors, etc. It is located on the second floor and consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and a bedroom with full bathroom. It has a coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, blender, and all kitchen utensils. It has TV, cable, and Netflix.

Flat with excellent location

Departamento con acabados modernos, tiene algunos de detalles de humedad. Ya que esta sobre la avenida hay algo de ruido de autos y cuando entran y salen personas del edificio. No cuenta con estacionamiento, ni estufa. Es otro punto importante que la mayoría de los huéspedes preguntan. Cerca del departamento hay un Superama, Soriana, Oxxo, restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, tintorerías, gimnasio, clínica-hospital, metro a 5 cuadras ,metro bus y trasporte público. Esta como se ve en las fotos.

Enjoy this comfortable loft with lots of lighting and an excellent location in Del Valle Sur. Located in front of the November 20 Hospital and a few steps from the metro line 12 and very close to the metrobus so you can easily reach any point of the CDMX. In the area you will find a great choice of restaurants and super markets for a pleasant stay. Renovated to make you feel at home especially in long stays as it has a work area and washing machine.
