Vacation rentals with a patio in Delaware County

Omar was a great host. He was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We were arriving on Christmas Eve and the heat in the building unfortunately happened to go out the day before we got there. Omar let me know that he had someone out trying to fix it that day, but it wasn't fixed and he left space heaters in the apartment for us in case it wasn't fixed before we got there. When we got there, we were able to check in early and Omar was there (with the HVAC guy) when we arrived. He even helped us with our bags up to the apartment. The heat was fixed later that day luckily and Omar checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure the heat was working and let us know he had more space heaters if we needed them. He also checked in to make sure everything else was ok and that we felt at home, which it was and did. The apartment itself was clean and as described. Would stay there again.

We stayed at Aaron’s on short notice due to a problem in our house nearby. Aaron was very flexible and accommodating even on such short notice. The surroundings were quite peaceful - enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the morning. Everything we needed was there and the cottage and location helped settle us while we continued to deal with water damage issues in our own home. Great place to just relax and chill.

Remy’s place has been one of the best I’ve booked. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, and everything was exactly how he explained it to be, I hope to book again sometime.

Great place to stay! Was half mile from our daughter’s apartment!! Parking is a challenge in the evening.

We were very comfortable and appreciated how open, clean, and easy the space was. Nachman was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

The space is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The area seems to be safe. A little bit far away from the city center, if you planning to watch Philadelphia

Great location if you want to stay in close proximity to airport. Place is small, but great for just 2 people. Her directions to the place were great, I was able to find it quickly and I loved that I was able to park right outside the door.

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

A bit quirky, but very pleasant and comfortable. Beautiful spring weather, and lovely to sit on porch overlooking creek and listen to morning and evening bird chorus. Jack was easy-going, helpful host, and the house has fascinating history. Near a lot of interesting places to visit (just down the street from Newlin Mill, under restoration, very cool). Another commenter was right about the steep/narrow spiral stairs requiring care, but they proved not a problem for us.

We stayed at David’s place for a long weekend with our 3 teenage kids. The house was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were mostly spending time with family who are local, but the house is very conveniently located near Ardmore, which has nice shops and restaurants. David was proactive about communicating and very responsive when I had questions. I would stay here again!

Perfect spot for our visiting family. Close to many amenities, lots of room, and an overall homey and fun spot. Hosts are so responsive and kind. They were proactive in reaching out with check in instructions and follow up quickly. This put our mind and travels at ease.

Our stay was great! The home was very comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty of space for us. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which made it ideal for multiple adults guests. Manayunk is a fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops! We met people from the neighborhood that made us feel very welcome. The host was responsive to questions and kept us informed regarding the water main break behind the property that disrupted parking. If we come back to the area we will definitely look to see if this property is available for our stay!

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

The space was even roomier, brighter, and lovelier than the pictures. The area was walkable, with tons to do, cool murals around every corner, and so many excellent food and beverage options. Natasha was a wonderful, responsive host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our third stay at Michael's place. We continue to come back because the condo is lovely, clean, and the perfect Trolley Square location — we can walk to all of our favorite coffee shops and restaurants. Great stay in Trolley Square.

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

We had a group of friends and family that stayed here for the Philly half marathon. It was very spacious, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. It was a great location, walking distance to the art museum and there were also lots of restaurants in the area as well. We had trouble unlocking the door when we first arrived and Swida was very responsive and able to help us get in. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Tristan's place for a show in fish town. Gorgeous place and excellent host!

We had a wonderful stay. Any minor issues were addressed and corrected immediately. Perfect location if you need to be in both Newark and Wilmington.

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !
