This is our home, we love it and we hope you will too! With floor to ceiling windows, our home is bright and airy and conveniently located beside the Chinatown-Stadium SkyTrain station. Walk outside and you are steps away from many of Vancouver's hot spots; the Sea Wall, False Creek, Roger's Arena, ChinaTown, GasTown, YaleTown, Parq Casino are all within walking distance! With plenty of retail shops, coffee spots, restaurants and bars nearby so you have plenty of options to treat yourself.

Beautiful one-bedroom apartment located in Stadium-Chinatown area, just steps away from both BC Place and Rogers Arena. This prime location is also within walking distance of the SkyTrain and bus stops. Nearby amenities include stores like Costco and T&T Supermarket, as well as many restaurants and bars. Additionally, residents can enjoy the convenience of a nearby Cineplex and, for those who love to stay active, the famous Seawall is just a few blocks away, perfect for jogging or walk.

You have access to a private back porch and yard as you go out french doors. You also have access to the common grounds for the entire property that includes grill, hot tub, fire pit with real wood and table for picnic by pond. two swinging chairs from tree, and two floating chairs with gas fire pit by pond. Community pool access just across from property.

Perfect for attending events at BC Place or Rogers Arena (Canucks, Whitecaps, BC Lions) or for travelers wanting to explore downtown. Starlight Poolside Suite is a perfect one-bedroom guest suite in my detached house in Coquitlam’s Ranch Park neighbourhood. Coq Centre Mall, West Coast Express Train and Skytrain all within a 15 minute drive! You can walk to all these but as I am on a hill, you may wish to take transit or a cab back (5 mins). The comfy king bed can be split into two twin XL beds upon request. Shared backyard and heated pool (POOL OPEN JUN THRU SEPT).
