The entry Ground Floor has an inviting open-plan, and is adorned with expansive windows. The Ground Floor has two bedrooms (one with queen bed, other with three singles), and a convenient central bathroom, and separate toilet. The Lower Level has a Games Room (with pool table) and a shower/toilet/laundry mixed room.

Its a stone's throw to the beach and the lake, and makes for a wonderful getaway for people who enjoy swimming, bushwalking, fishing, and mountain biking. It’s also ideally set up for those who enjoy whiling away the hours with a good book while quietly watching the local wildlife come and go. Don’t forget to ask about a late Sunday check-out. The front veranda looks directly over the lake and sea. Kayaking, prawning, fishing in the lake is very popular. Our house is an updated original cottage.
