Excellent stay in a beautiful home, surrounded by nature and snow. Lea was very reponsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Julien, and Melanie's house. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and it was convenient to Jay Peak, and Owls Head, We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants , and businesses in Mansonville. The locals were welcoming, and we would look froward to another visit. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tea house! It was snowy and cold outside (perfect for skiing!), but the place was cozy and warm. We appreciated the French press coffee that was provided- much better than having "pods". We didn't have time to explore the hot tub and the rest of the grounds, but hopefully we will get to if we stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful spot! Stayed the night for my birthday w my husband and cant wait to go back maybe for his birthday! relaxing and quiet w everything you may need. very thoughtful host.

We rented this cottage for a family ski trip. There are 3 ski resorts to choose from, but they are a little drive away (between 15-40 minutes). The cottage was very cozy and a great place to relax after spending time outside. Especially the spa and the fire place. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The second bedroom is a bit small when occupied by two people - this is mentioned in the listing - but no problem with kids. We can definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here because of the location to both Mont Sutton and Orford. The spot was well located close to town while still feeling a little remote and the amenities matched perfectly for a home base for a weekend ski getaway. The hot tub was a wonderful place to relax and the kitchen was well stocked for making meals together.

It’s a great cottage. Lovely if you’re a woods person.

Sandra’s place was as described with beautiful surroundings. It was located on Lac Brôme a little ways away from the closest town, but very easy to find. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. We had some difficulty with our car rental the first evening we were supposed to be there and Sandra offered to leave lights on and have the place warm for us. Unfortunately we weren’t able to arrive until the next day, but I appreciate Sandra’s responsiveness to our situation. Just one bit of information if you do rent - the beds upstairs are infinitely more comfortable than the one on the main floor.

Fantastic stay and host was super accommodating. We had to extend our stay due to a snowstorm and they made it easy!

We had a lovely stay at the Whimsy Cottage for a weekend ski trip at Jay Peak ~15 mins away. The cottage was comfortable with lots of space, kitchen amenities for cooking, and appreciated the extra linens/ bedding. Located right off the highway, but was not too noisy at night except for the occasional passing of cars. Enjoyed the easy access of the gas station/ deli across the street for breakfast sandwiches and limited groceries. Sarita was a very responsive and friendly host, would recommend.

This was our second stay at the Stuga. Last time was in May so we wanted to come back in the winter for some snow fun. Did some sledding at the house and some snowshoeing at Barr Hill Nature Preserve just up the street. A lot of fun and beautiful as always. Nancy and Bob are great hosts, always responsive. Will be back!

What a wonderful stay we had at Burke Mountain! Our son was racing there so we made a family weekend of it. Terrilyn was super communicative and provided clear instructions from booking through checkout. The cottage was exactly as described and perfect for my husband, myself and our three children and our dog. The place was very well maintained and clean for a rental that allows pets, complete with cleaning pads for pups paws and towels for drying after being outside. It was so nice to not have a TV and instead sit by the fire, listening to music while our boys really enjoyed playing with the legos there as part of the games/entertainment. We loved being so close to the mountain. It was the perfect weekend stay for our introduction to Burke—we will be back!

Ashley's cottage provided an excellent retreat for our family during March break! The location was tranquil and the home was just as described. The large, open-plan main living area was great for lounging and we truly appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen. Including basic essentials such as salt and pepper and cooking oil made our stay that much more convenient. We would definitely rent this again!

Had another great week in Vermont and the house was wonderful! Thank you so much for all your help and can't wait to visit again.

What a great gem! We went set out on an adventure for our daughter’s birthday and this place looked amazing and it was! It’s easy to get to. The house is stunning. Amazing for a large group with kids like us. Close to Stowe and surrounding fun places. I had to communicate with Josh and he was quick at getting back to me. We would love to stay here again!!

our family of 4 with younger and older kiddos stayed for a week at David's place and had a wonderful time. the cabin is perfect, well appointed (kitchen had everything we needed and all the spices which is so great!), close to large grocery stores and other conveniences, and oh so cozy which made it feel almost magical. the cabin was quite warm and very well insulated. we would definitely return!

Beautiful property and responsive hosts!

Morgan is the perfect host, providing everything necessary to a magical stay in their remarkable cabin. I had complete privacy and quiet, but knew she was readily available if I had any questions or needs. The cabin itself is a wonder of architecture, with every detail carefully thought out and rendered. There are books galore and CDs, the slipper foot bathtub is amazing, and the back patio offers a peaceful view of trees and meadow. The property is dotted with wonderful sculptures by her husband, Alan. I watched the sun rise and set and walked down the very dark night road to look at the stars. The woods are my favorite place to be, and there was no shortage of local hiking trails. The general store just down the street is staffed by very friendly folks, and I bought a new favorite coffee mug made by a local artisan. In short, my stay was everything I hoped it would be, and I would highly recommend it.

Nate’s place was exactly as described in the listing—clean, simple, and exactly what we were looking for. Nate was very responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely stay again.

My partner, myself and our 2 dogs spent Christmas-New Years here and it was the perfect winter escape. Elizabeth & Jake were amazing and went above & beyond. They were helpful throughout our stay and I can't say enough about them. We got in later than planned because of the weather, but walking into a warm, cozy space with the piano playing, lights on, and cheese, crackers, and wine waiting was the perfect welcome. The heated floors were amazing – our dogs were living their best lives! I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the 'wet bathroom' w the interior window but it was actually really lovely and still had adequate privacy. There was a bidet and even a heated toilet seat. The temperpedic mattress was lovely. We had no issues with the internet, despite the remote location. Jake even brought us wood for the fire pit after we used up the first round. We love star gazing and had some nice clear skies for a few nights. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family had another great stay at Carol's guesthouse. Carol is a wonderful host who provides clear and thorough instructions, is quick to respond to any questions, and is very attentive to any issues that arise. The guesthouse feels very private and the setting is quiet and peaceful. It is always reliably clean and uncluttered - very comfortable. Highly recommend a visit!

Nous avons adoré notre Semaine de relâche au Jayview avec les enfants. Nous avons skié à Bromont, Sutton, Orford et Owls Head et boudé Jay peak qui est à proximité. Nous avons également profité de la patinoire du village qui est réfrigérée, l’horaire était sur le frigo très pratique 😉 Le chalet est super, on s’est senti comme à la maison. Il est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bains attenantes très propres. La mud room facilitait l’arrivé avec les enfants et était super pour faire sécher les vêtements de ski. Nous avons rapporté quelques idées pour la maison 😊 Communication très simple et proactive avec Ariane. Merci encore
