“Beautiful, very spacious house on outskirts of Havasu... not a bad drive to get to London Bridge area. Being from California, the kids loved having the opportunity to ride in the back of our truck in the open air--we'd take the London Bridge road instead of the 95 as it's slower, no stops, no traffic...fun for them! House is VERY well thought out-- has plenty of fresh clean towels, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is great...the show stopper is the the master shower, of which, everyone took a turn in--that waterfall shower head is amazing! There's some games in the hall closet--nice touch! Paper towels were low in supply, so I'd bring a roll or two of paper towels for the kitchen. Otherwise, kitchen was very well stocked with cooking/serving essentials. TP was plentiful... everything was sparkling clean in the entire house. Some front deck chairs would be nice to enjoy the lake view but we stayed in the house mostly anyway bc of the heat hahaha... either on the water or in the AC when in Havasu, right? :) Note on Castle Rock area -- we found it to be unswim-able...not sure if it was time year or something based on water levels, but was murky, swampy... maybe if you had a kayak, you'd kayak it, but a bit of a walk with a boat to the "beach" in the heat imo... So, we opted to drive to Rotary Beach past the London Bridge... VERY nice beach! No dogs allowed at Rotary, so do some research on beaches before you go if you're planning on having a beach day. We checked out Body Beach where the PWC champions practice--dirt road was very drive-able. Cool little spot to catch a sunset too. Overall, we had a GREAT time at this AirBNB and were VERY comfortable and the home had some VERY thoughtful touches -- AC worked VERY well!! Oh! Last note--some feather pillows in the home--got to us with allergies just a bit in case you're SUPER allergic, thought you should know!! BUT BEAUUUUUUTIFUL and very comfy home!!!! <3”
