Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. This cozy home with a keypad gated driveway is only 10 Minutes from Downtown Detroit! It is ideal for MATURE couples or adults that need a place to get away and catch some staycation vibes! Located in community of Core City, neighboring the historic Corktown and Mexicantown. View the newly restored MI Central Train Station which has a gorgeous green space "Roosevelt Park" which includes a 13 acre frontage with paths for walking, biking, and even lounge spaces to sit back and enjoy.

Renovated 1200 ft2 historic 1880's home with plenty of charm, beautifully restored woodwork, and hardwood floors, located in the heart of Midtown. Walking distance from restaurants, independent shops, and local nightlife in the historic Willis-Canfield retail district. Our 3 bedroom listing has an additional guest fee after the first 2 guests on the reservation. This fee covers the additional housekeeping of bedrooms, linens, and towels needed for larger groups.
