Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Beautiful 60 m2 apartment on the ground floor, in a private mansion on the second and top floor, including a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with large sofa, a bedroom with dressing room, a bathroom. Parking is available on Rue Pasteur or at the Saint Anne parking lot about 100 meters from the apartment. Rue Pasteur is part of the protected area of Dijon. It is located 450 meters from the imposing Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and 1 km from the International City of Gastronomy and Wine.
