Осень красивый дом , просторный и стильный , есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания . Все было идеально чисто к моменту нашего приезда . Очень радушный и гостеприимный хозяин , быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы и даже подарил нам бутылку великолепного вина . Мы очень рады , что провели незабываемые дни всей семьей в этом замечательном месте . От души рекомендуем . Обязательно вернемся снова )

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

Нам очень понравился дом. Нас встречала Мариам, была очень вежлива и обходительна. Чистый и комфортный бассейн. Несколько локаций во дворе для посиделок - мангальная зона, игровая зона, беседка, бассейн, зона у костра. Очень комфортное жилье, при возможности приедем ещё раз .

If you're seeking solace away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect sanctuary. The serene surroundings and lush forest make it ideal for those wanting to reconnect with nature or for creative souls seeking inspiration. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delightful dinner and breakfast provided by Arman and Lilith at a nominal charge. The breakfast was particularly delightful, and my kids absolutely loved it. The fully furnished accommodations were comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen which we used to prepare meals for our little one. While the location may not be accessible by public transportation, it's easy to reach by taxi or car, and Arman and Lilith graciously offered to pick us up from the center, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. Жилье нам понравилось, чистое, современное, ремонт свежий, постель удобная, есть утюг, чайник, фен, микроволновка, холодильник, своя территория с мангалом и беседкой, расположение отличное, две минуты от пляжа, рядом есть кафе, чуть дальше, но тоже близко рестораны и магазины. В пешей доступности храм Севанованк, откуда открываются красивые виды на озеро.
